I used to be into electric R/C off-roading back in the 80s when I was a kid. Tech sure has changed since the Associated RC10 and Tamiya Fox I have in the garage...matter of fact, I think I have Tamiya's old "Wild Willy" jeep out there too! OMG! You just gave me a bug to go climb the rafters and find it! LOL :cheesy:

@BDSJEEP, I still have my RC10's and an old Losi JR 2 or something like that,and what I couldn't afford back then, I have found on ebay and kinda went stupid for awhile. I'm still building custom RC's but not as much. I'm trying to concentrate on my full size Jeep.
Here is the video I promised. Its not too long, so you won't waste too much time on it.

That is sweet! Even has gear in the back behind the seat. Nice. Have you thought about mounting a small camera inside for a POV of the driver video?

Thank you for all the nice comments. Sorry, I've gotten lazy on using quotes and besides, who reads. We like pictures. Right ?
To answer a few questions..
The mirrors came with the body. The cheap RC Jeep will most likely be out for Christmas soon, like at wally world or places of that kind, if your looking for one.
As for Axial's, they're ok, but I use other RC stuff mostly.
And Yes, I want to do a POV or throw in a small HD camera in the passenger seat or the driver seat.
Next question for you guys..
Does anyone want to see the RC YJ I'm working on in a video or even more pictures of its build or am I annoying the hell out of everyone ?
Maybe even something other then a Jeep...(gasp)

Thank you, its taking forever to get some funds built up for my real Jeep, plus I fell off the wagon a little bit last night on ebay.. :grayno: Oh well.. I like building these little things.

Yes keep going! Where do you get these frames with straight axles? I'd enjoy building one of these
