Texas Hidden Falls Adventure Park Trek: October 2nd-3rd

Well it looks like you have to take me off the list. Just found out I have to take a SAT on the 3rd. Maybe I can make it out later that day and then Sunday too but probably not as of now.

I understand. I'll update it, thank you for letting me know. Good luck on your SATs!

My wife and kids would love to go!!

My wife is worried trails will be too intense. We are first timers off road and she doesn't want anything toO intense for our stock rig first time out. But I think it would be great experience for the family!!!

Count us in please.

Harbert family from Prosper, Texas. (Wife Nicole. Zane age 11. Chloe 8 )

My rig:

4 doors Willys wheeler. Rubi rails. Skids. Level kit and stock rubi 32s. Limited slip diffs.

Warn winch 9.5 cti s. Hi lift and arb recovery gear and snatch blocks and straps.

Fire extinguishers x2

Still need cb radio. Anybody suggest any?

Excited to meet y'all!!

So just a word of warning, hidden falls has changed ALOT from all the wash outs, no name was a 2-3 and became almost impossible. Only a supercharged jkur on 37's and a Lj rubi made it through unassisted. It was fun this past weekend but a lot more difficult then usual.

Thanks for posting up and I've got you and your family on the list.

I can assure you that we will be taking things very carefully, we have a couple stock JKs coming and want everyone to be able to button up and drive back home. I know that my wife has the same fear as yours. Will you be camping?

Thanks for the update! We will steer more towards the 1s and 2s because I don't want anyone in our group to break anything.

We will utilize spotting and bypasses on the harder obstacles, better safe than sorry.

I hope some of the people going can teach my wife about spotting since it is mostly her and I when we go out. And I was planning on 1s and 2s also for this trip.

I wish we could make the newbie run that Eddie puts on but driving that for is just not possible for us but if we can do something similar I know she would appreciate it as much as me. :yup:

This was the end of royal gorge, a nice little trail, the last obstacle (optional) isn't toooo tough.

This is the second obstacle on wildcat. There is a tree that kept me from completely rolling on the other side lol tire was a few more inches up before this pic was take , super fun tho!!

This was a optional line We took to get on the tops of Dino falls

And I forgot what trail this one was.

Someone rolled over the weekend on North Pole as well, didn't get any pics of that.

Baby back trail isn't too bad, and midnight run trail is pretty rough, especially the drop in, the bypass is wicked enough to get into midnight run lol

TRO should be a nice bunny trail, along with royal gorge, greenhorn, The falls and Dino falls is what I would recommened
