HiLift mount

Hey everyone! I'm going to get a 60" HiLift jack, axe, and shovel for my 2door. I'm getting the evo tire carrier and I doubt I'll get the new LoD roofrack but if I do I can just mount them on the rack. I know that the 40" HiLift can be mounted on the hood. My question is can I mount the HiLift, shovel, and axe to the hood or could I possibly mount them to the tire carrier?

i would mount them to the carrier. take a look at cripplypetes build as he has his highlift mounted to the carrier

60" Hi-Lift is pretty big - you planning on running 40's with a sky high lift?

Well I was considering on down the road stretching my jeep and using the evo double-throwdown suspension front and rear and running 40's eventually like the vengeance build a few years ago and in my next jeep (jku rubicon is what I plan on getting) if I ever get one doing the same thing with it and running 40s to 42s on the four door

DTD rear won't work in a stretched two door.

Well if that's the case, we had VENGEANCE running at about stock height with 40's - never felt the need to carry a Hi-Lift for it.
