The next chapter in the book, looking for ideas/thoughts for the foundation!

The sport equipped the way I want it is $31700 and the Rubi equipped is $36100 Otd. No tax in Oregon. Idk.. try shopping around. I never buy at the first dealer. It started out around $6800 difference. I have found a good dealership that plays ball and it helps that this is my 3 vehicle from them this year.

Yeah the huge difference are the add-ons. I am a simple man and don't need much so my sport is bare bones (don't even have AC). And yeah if you can haggle the price comes down a lot.

Looking forward to see what you get and how it comes out!

cool color but not my taste. Sure wish granite was still around, hard to find a used one too. If anyone knows where ones at for sale please share. 2014 granite rubi auto would be a winner for me.

Here's one, but quite a long way from you.

It's $4500 difference between the 2. I'm thinking axles, tires and wheels, I can sell for lets say $3k. Believe the Rubi seats are a little different also. The atlas t-case is around $2500. Plus I'll get the sway bar disconnect. So Rubi it will be now should I wait for the diesel or just the good Ole 3.6L....

That difference is a lot less than when I was shopping for a new JK last year. I was looking at a difference of $6000 - $8000 depending of which had what. If that is the case, then I do agree that the Rubi is a better option.

Best of luck to you in your search. Ill keep my eye out here in VA for your old rig.

Sometimes there's a lot more to the story that can't be explained over a forum. :D
It will start to make since before too long. I wouldn't jump to any conclusions quite yet.
