Clicking noise

Getting a popping/ clicking noise from what sounds like the front end. Still does it with the front drive shaft removed. Possible front u joints?

yup. most like the axle shaft u joints. i would look at them now before it blows up on the trail like mine did

Only notice it in a turn? Would that be a sign still

Could be. You will have body roll in a turn which could cause it. Do you hear it when you hit a bump?

Nope really have only noticed it when going slow in a turn.

I had similar sounds, turned out it was my upper control arms beeded to be re torqued and the front trac bar. Just my 2 cents

A-ujoint can tick in a turn if all the needle bearings are dry/disintegrated.

Yea I greased them up and it stopped... Now that's obviously only going to be temporary right?

You took them apart and put grease on the needle bearings or sprayed pb blaster over them?

Is there a difference between the rubi 44 u joints and other models? Want to be sure to get the right ones

could also be worth checking the nuts on the sway bar links are tight, mine work loose and start to click every now and then.

This. The same thing happened to me recently. I would hear clicking only when I turned left, and from the right side. It was a very distince clicking. I took it in, explained to them the progression of the clicking and how it got louder over time. It was replaced under warranty. Once replaced, the clicking stopped all together.
