Eco leveling kit

I want to install the EVO leveling kit on a 2015 JKUR Hard Rock. The kit comes with front coils and rear coil spacers. Is there anything else I need to do to install the kit without problems? Thanks for the help in advance.

Since you are just literally leveling your ride, you won't need much else. Run it until you're ready to upgrade tires, lift and driveline.

Why cant i find this kit on their site? Can you link where you got it?

Thanks for the info! Any tips not in the installation instructions?
Sorry for taking so long to get back to anyone, I'm in Eastern Europe, 6 hours ahead of eastern time.

Much else? What else? I'm overseas and want to get everything I need in one shipment. Thanks again for the help!!!

I'd like to know as well. Also, what type of springs are these? Are these comparable to the EVO Plush ride coils or more stock stiffness?

Ibehewhoisjoshua runs this kit I believe he said he bought brake line extensions maybe he'll chime in soon

im pretty sure it is the exact same as the plush rides. hell it could even be the plush rides but just cut down to shorter coils.

I think this is exactly what it is, shorter plush rides and a rear spring spacer. I could see maybe the brake line extension brackets as extra if the kit is missing that, or maybe shock extensions but Im not sure how much lift it adds, but from the pics I have seen so far it really does look good and never heard anything bad about it at all.

I have the evo leveling kit

You can run it just like it is. Pictured above is actually without the rear spacers as my rear coils had my jeep sitting level after adding the 2" Plush coils to the front.
You don't need brake line extensions unless you add a longer shock or shock extensions.
I added a set of rear jk sway bar links to the front, but that is not necessarily needed, depending on how weighted your front is winch/bumper. If you are going to switch to swaybar disconnects, get them for a 2" lift.

I forgot you had it, and it looks perfect :thumb:

Thanks Hinrichs!
It is a great kit, yes it is more expensive than most other leveling kits, because it is a set of coils for the front, and not just spacers front and rear. If you trim fenders and run a 35 or larger, watch your rear- you may need a 1-1.5" bump stop. I learned that the hard way :banghead:

I don't have the EVO kit but very similar one from Rancho.

I have the Rancho 2" sport kit with RS9000XL shocks plus 3/4" front coil spacers.

It came with 2" coils very similar to the EVO ones. Also included front bumpstop extensions, rear coil spacers, four shocks and rear brake line relocation brackets. I added the optional front 3/4" coil spacers because I planned on adding a power plant up in the front. I wish I had not added them now. If you can look at what shocks Rancho ships with this kit they allow max travel with this set-up. I don't remember the part numbers. The front shocks limit travel to just before the stock front DS touches the exhaust on my '14. The rear shocks limit travel to just before the coils come loose. Stock length rear shocks would probably eliminate my rubbing by not letting the axle angle as much. Just a very slight tweak on the metal part of the front brake lines made them not tight at full droop. Rear parking brake cables needed to be left loose from the body with the longer shocks that came with the Rancho kit. I made a nasty kink in mine when testing the travel. My 35s rub hard on max articulation. 295s probably would have been perfect.

Recommended parts - get the enforcer.

If still just leveling and want to maximize fun:
Front and rear shocks
If getting longer rear shocks get brake lines or extensions
Front bumpstop extensions to keep from over compressing the coils

I came to the conclusion I want more I probably don't need more.

I have been collecting parts to move up to the enforcer lift.

If you don't plan to stay with the leveling kit long term just hold off until you can get what you plan to stay with. I thought I was going to stay light and lower than my '07 with this '14 but less than a year later I now plan to go bigger and heavier. I really like what I have now it rides and handles better than stock(IMHO) but want more. It is a never ending cycle.

I hope this helps you.

I also added stock rear links to the front sway bar. I would not have if I had not added the coil spacers in front. I say get it use it and add to it later if you want to. I am confident just the front coils and shocks would be as functional as what I have done and less money and work.

From what I was told by EVO when i purchased the kit was that the only things needed were the things included in the Kit, which is the two 2inch coils and the rear 3/4 spacers. I haven't installed mine yet, I will be tomorrow, but I have been told it's just like a plush ride coil.

I got the kit on without any major issues.

I would be careful of the rear though. I was really stretching some of the lines in the rear to get enough space to install the coils back in. Best of luck! :thumb:

Hey bro hope all is well with you! Quick question for you, since you have a Rubicon. Do you have any problems with the e-disco disconnecting and/or reconnecting after installing the leveling kit?

All is well, just recently moved to Georgia. I hope you're doing well. Its about time for soft top weather!

I haven't had any issues with the e-disco disconnecting. I haven't done any full stuff but no problem off road.
