EVO Rear Bolt On

Wow! I went to bed early last night and missed all the excitement. Reading through it this morning I can't help but wondering when the thread title is going to be changed to "JK's JK...thou shalt not lie."

LOL @ thou shalt not lie. Nobody's perfect and I'll I've been asking is for him to come clean about it. If he can't do that, I don't want him here.

I'd be glad to talk with you Eddie. This is your forum and I'm a visitor on this forum. I'm here to ask questions and learn from people that have more knowledge about this stuff than I do. You could block your phone number so we could straighten this all out. I'll PM you my number.

I see you were just on the forum at 7:16 AM. You still have a chance to make things right but time is running out for you. I am going to talk to Drew now to confirm your story. If you do not respond to this thread by the next time you log on, your welcome here will be over.

Wow... Signed off to spend some family time last night as I've been a road hog lately... And again, I missed the fireworks!
Jesse, I would mend the fence! I've tried to help ya along the way with what little I could but, Eddie is being fair here... Put it all out there...
Last post for me on this one.

This is what transpired Eddie.

Saturday - Started the installation. Had some difficulties with the installation. Got on the forum and posted up. Talked with Panda over the phone about the installation.
Sunday - Continued the installation. Had more difficulties with the installaiton. Called Panda again, Called Aspenkid and 13_gecko_rubi about seperate issues.
Monday - Called Northridge4x4 concerning missing material. Northridge4x4 referred me over to EVO MFG. Talked with EVO MFG 2 or 3 seperate times about concerning issues. Also posting up on the forum questions and concerns.
Tuesday - In the morning called into EVO MFG asking them a breif question. Posted up questions and concerns about the installation and my ride height. Drew later on in the day posted up saying "WOW". Decided to give him a call about three different topics. Ride height, adjustment on CO's and the EVO high clearance lift.

That's the whole time line. Sorry for calling Drew.

Jessie please remember when we talked on the phone that I advised you not to down talk the sponsors on the forum and that this install was not recommended for beginners therefore instructions are written accordingly, I was thinking you ordered the kit from evo and advised you to call them, it's ok to admit your mistakes and just apologize

Very true, I did it the other day, with some miss leading quick responces to a post that ended up being miss read by me. Did i look like an ass yes(cause i was wrong), i apologized and that was it went and grabbed a beer after a long day of work!

This is what transpired Eddie.

BLAH BLAH BLAH

Drew later on in the day posted up saying "WOW". Decided to give him a call about three different topics. Ride height, adjustment on CO's and the EVO high clearance lift.

Not exactly how I heard it but there are elements of truth to what you are saying.

That's the whole time line. Sorry for calling Drew.

Never said that you should be sorry for calling Drew, just that it was done in poor taste being that you didn't even buy the kit from him. Of course, the apology you needed to be making was to me and for LYING. For some reason, even now you just can't even get yourself to do that.

After your call with Drew, you posted up on the lift height with coil over thread...

Thank you again for answering my questions Drew by phone

I asked...

Being that you bought your coil overs from Drew, why didn't you just call him sooner?

But got NO response from you.

You start posting on the EVO Rear Bolt On thread starting with this...

So thank you EVO MFG for sending me the parts so fast :thumb:

I installed the relocation bracket for the swaybar. When I started the bolts for the swaybar it's self, I noticed there was a hug gap on the bracket. I had to place two washers in order to make up the room. Is this common?

I asked yet again...

So, for all the problems you were having, why didn't you just call Off Road Evolution for help sooner? I mean, you did buy the kit from them and I would think them helping out a customer is the least they could do :idontknow:

After ignoring my question, I asked yet again...

LOL!!! Apparently - so, yet again, here's my question to you - why haven't you been calling up the guys you bought the kit from for help from the very beginning? It sure would have made things a lot easier for you and you wouldn't have needed to start so many threads.

You finally answer with this...

I'd hate to call them for a question a day.....Been working on it for 4 days now :grayno: That and there are a lot of guys on here running the same product, yourself included.

Confusesd, I responded...

But, you were missing parts. If they sold you the kit, you'd have every right to call them up for what you were missing? I mean, they are a shop that sells parts just like 4wheelparts or even Northridge4x4 and you are after all a customer.

You continue to let me think that you bought the kit from Drew and went so far as to suggest that you don't want to bother them with every little question.

You are correct Eddie. I called them up for missing parts (Which received in one day ) and I also talked with a guy over at EVO MFG. Great guy and I talked with him two times. Answered all my questions and gave him some food for thought. I talked with Drew today about the ride height and the CO's as well. But I'd hate to call them for every little question. I like to jump on here and ask about the question that I have so I can learn and others. There are some great guys on here that have great information as they've ran the same stuff, installed and outlook

I asked more directly...

So, I'm going to ask again. Instead of starting a single thread, why didn't you just call them in the first place? You did buy the kit from them didn't you?

You still don't answer the question but say this instead...

When I started this thread I was asking for pictures about how the tower brackets went. From there I started to ask questions about installation and quick responses. I have called them about four times now and I've got questions while it's on my mind. Thinking of the next step :yup:

Now I'm starting to get suspecious and ask you point blank...

Okay, I gotta say that it's real weird how you're not really answering my question and I have to wonder now if you really did buy the kit from Drew. Certainly, I could see how lame it would be to call him for help when you bought a kit from a competing vendor.

Did you or did you not buy the kit from the vendor, Off Road Evolution?

Even ridg3runner feel something is up and calle you out...

Dude! Are you having a meltdown or something that you're just gonna flat out ignore Eddie!

You finally answer my question and tell me how you supposedly only called up drew 2 minutes after he made a post on this thread but only because you just happend to ask about their high clearnace lift.

Some where in this thread or maybe my other?? I bought the kit from Northridge4x4 two Friday's ago. Received the kit last Tuesday which I thought on there part was super fast (Huge shout out to Northridge4x4 ).

I called up Drew because I plan on getting the EVO High clearance lift installed by them. So at the same time I asked about the CO's. When I talked with him, he was surprised I waited to call him. Drew's a good guy :thumb:

Not trying to duck and cover your questions Eddie.:yup:

This is when I had enough of your BS and just asked you to come clean. A simple, I'm sorry, I felt stupid and started down a road that I couldn't get out of would have sufficed. Because you still can't get yourself to do that. I am done with you.

First off, I wouldn't lie about such a small issue. Second, you don't lie to someone who is connected to the industry (Eddie) and to someone who has danced this dance before (Eddie again). I would have just admitted my wrong doing immediately and just apologized. Just my two cents!

I suppose this is somewhat irrelevant since he's already been banned, but I failed to see where JK's JK lied to anyone on this forum. This seems like a private matter between a few folks that unfolded in a public view. I'm not saying any of this to provoke anyone or continue the fight. But as a member of this community, I had to voice my opinion about the way this was handled.

Did you file your grievance with the Wayalife complaint department?

You can also call the troll free number to voice your concern:

Cool story.

No, it's TOTALLY irrelevant since he's already been banned.

...but I failed to see where JK's JK lied to anyone on this forum.

You're right, the only person he lied to was me. Being that this is my forum, I'd prefer not to have members on here that would choose to lie to me. In case you missed it, I gave him plenty of opportunities to come clean.

This seems like a private matter between a few folks that unfolded in a public view.

Being that you see this as a "private" matter, maybe you shouldn't get yourself involved.

I'm not saying any of this to provoke anyone or continue the fight.

Sure you did.

And as the owner of this community, I've stated the way things are. Don't like it - don't have to be here. :yup:
