Haven't had a chance to take the back part off yet, but this sounds great for up here in Alaska. Any chance anyone has some pictures to post of the little tabs?
 
^^ you can't miss them. Look at your freedom panels when you take them off.
 
Here's a pic of the tab down on the freedom panel- top one is normal, bottom one is flipped for using without the rear part of the hardtop

That's what you'd think... even after a few months of owning the Jeep, I hadn't realized what they were for until I started thinking about buying a Bimini top. :rolleyes:
