WORK IN PROGRESS - WILD WILD WEST : The 2013 JK-Experience

Im just curious if its because of Cali's friendly car modifying laws. :D

Mine was approved in 1/2 hour at a smog referee shop. I went through a shop (Turn Key) and they don't get their last 50% payment until I have a new compliance certificate sticker on my door panel.

This is how it starts... just an empty timeline.

Not much there yet, but stay tuned for more video stills and screenshots as the editing process moves along. :)

Love the new avitar Cindy! also take as much time as needed for the videos!

Cali smog laws sucks! But you can always pay 100 bucks, and they pass you :D

That's kinda how it used to be... but with star smog that just isn't gonna happen much longer. If you are fortunate enough to not be flagged for star smog or test only, I still find it hard to believe you'll pay 100 bucks for a smog station to put their asses on the line, unless you know someone

Now, that's good! Glad to see that was part of the deal:)

For those thinking we can't have any fun in California, well we can. Some of the basic rules on swaps: donor engine must be the same year as the vehicle or newer, must retain all smog equipment from donor motors original vehicle, can't put a truck engine in a car. Might not be as easy as some states, but you can do motor swaps here:thumbup:

I know it's been awhile since I last updated this thread and I do apologize for that. Between our recent move, our trip to Texas and the holidays, the JKX video has not had my full attention. Now that things have settled down, we are back on it and making progress. :) It will still be some time before it is finished, but my timeline now has almost 9 minutes on it. :yup:

No worries Cindy. You only have 10,000++ people waiting. Ha ha ha.

In all seriousness, it will be well worth the wait! 👍
