Apparently, a "public figure in the jeeping world" is not allowed an opinion especially if it's one that others don't agree with.

Rationally speaking... If you read all the posts from those guys you're defending, you would understand that they were deleted for good reason.. I personally appreciate that Eddie deleted them because there was always nonsense and drama involved with them. This is a jeep forum, so when people make it about other things and constantly create problems, I feel it is good "forum management" to get rid of the trouble maker.

I'll add my 2 cents: Eddie, you are too nice to trolls and don't ban people fast enough for my liking. you really need to work on this to keep up with your image on some of the other forums. :beer:

That was my whole point. Why not just privately delete them send a pm and be done with it.

:cheesy: I think you misunderstood me. I was just calling you out for being a hypocrite but really, it's all good by me. Fact of the matter is, I PREFER it this way - out in the open and for all to see. For the record, I used to do what you are suggesting but all that did was allow the trolls in question to go around the internet spreading their fairytales about how they did absolutely nothing and how I just banned them for no good reason. For better or for worse, by leaving everything up and available for all to see, people can decide for themselves what really happened.
