Lifter/Rocker Replacement

I have a 2015 JKU Sport w/ 107,000 miles on it.

I'm starting to get all the parts I need to change out the lifters/rockers on my 3.6. Other than the lifters, rockers, and valve cover gaskets, what else would you change while you had everything broke down and apart?

On a side note, I recently changed the oil cooler housing, spark plugs, knock sensors, and thermostat housing.

Thanks in advance.

definitely use Mopar parts, they may run a little more but not the thing you want to redo because of cheap parts.

Recently had the driver side repaired, rockers/lifters cams

Aren't MOPAR parts what caused the lifter tick problem initially
I wouldn't say so; problem with mass produced parts yes, which is still a possibility with aftermarket parts.

my opinion, I didn't see an advantage to go with Melling, they are cheaper, but better?
Wouldn't surprise me if they all come out of the same Factory slightly different specs

I see what you did there. You tried to be sarcastic and funny.
No, seriously. I would bet the mopar part is the highest quality option for your Jeep in this case. For all the reasons that @jeeeep listed.

Also if you buy a seal kit for the valve covers, buy spark plug gaskets too. I replaced mine last weekend after they had been leaking for a while.

And the pcv valve on the passenger side. I did not plan on replacing it, but it was a real pain to remove, and it was totally wallowed out, so I picked up a new one.

Lastly, if you haven’t had the passenger side cover off before, I recommend taking the battery tray out. It makes access so much easier. Pull the battery tray out from the rear, towards the firewall. Easier to get past the fuse box.
