SHOW us the SNOW!!

What’s the deal with the caution tape? Do the cops do that and send the people on their way and not call a tow?
There were at least a dozen cars off the road, the tow trucks were busy so I’m assuming they just couldn’t keep up with it. They also sometimes wait to get some cars until after the day time traffic in the canyon so they don’t have to block traffic.

In Colorado they do that with abandoned cars when people go off the road and leave, so plows see it and don't hit them. Most of the times cops say to only call with emergencies when roads are that bad. Cars are towed or driven away when the snow melts or roads are better.

Plows can see a little ribbon of tape better than a full on car? lol
