Driveline / Front-End Shaking at 60+ MPH – Control Arm Recommendations?

I would definitely try to test out a different set of tires AND wheels. Could be one of yours is bent.
That’s definitely something I hadn’t considered—there’s a chance one or more of the wheels/rims could be bent or have an issue. I’ll add that to the list of things to check, though I’d really hate to remove the stock gray wheels that came with this COD model.

have you checked the torque on all the bolts, drop brackets, control arms, steering box?

Stock steering stabilizer?
Yes—and yes, the stock stabilizer was also replaced. It’s a Teraflex unit… not my favorite, honestly, and I’ll probably be replacing it again soon.

Since no one suggested changing the stock control arms, should I just keep them? Nobody recommended a brand when I asked about control arms, or mentioned whether changing the steering gearbox would be worth considering.

Since you’re so keen on getting control arms just get stock ones again. Crown makes a factory arm for very cheap and is good.

Not sure if you saw my original post—I’m running a 2-inch lift with a ¾-inch front spacer and a 2-inch lift with a 1-inch spacer in the rear. That’s why I’m asking whether this is necessary.

Factory control arms are designed to last the life of the vehicle. Typically and assuming you're not flexing out way beyond their capability with coilovers, that should be 1 million miles or more. That is a fact. In other words, the likelihood they are your problem are ZERO.

Thank you, I appreciate the advice.

I had a front brake pad that cracked and bent, which may have caused the worst of the symptoms I initially mentioned. The mechanic also stated that my steering stabilizer is bad and recommended that I order my own replacement. I currently have a TeraFlex 9550 installed, but it only lasted about five years. Before replacing it, I wanted to ask which of the following you would recommend: Rancho RS5000 Steering Damper (RS5401), Monroe SC2967, or TeraFlex 9550?
Oh—and you should have seen the rotor. I didn’t ask about the RS7MT (RS77405) because I’ve read that it tends to pull to the right, and I already have that issue.

Get a stock mopar stabilizer replacement if you can, I have a Fox TS but only because the changes I've made seemed to wear out the stock stabilizer more quickly

Ok. Pulls to the left. My wife’s brand new stock 17 JK did the same thing. Never fixed it. Traded it in before we fixed it. My buddies JL pulled to the left. The dealership put a new iron steering box on it. No fix. He put a fox steering stabilizer on. Fixed. Sounds like you have 2 3/4 inch lift on the front. Have you raised the track bar on the axle side to compensate for that ? Also. Front axle upper bushings could be a problem. You also live in humid salty air. Off road evolution is the only aftermarket lift components I recommend. Quality is key. Buy once cry once. I also run balance beads instead of weights. The beads will find the balance. The steering box could be an issue but not likely since it’s been doing it since new but sounds like it got enhanced once bigger tires got put on. If you haven’t put a taller track bar bracket on it. I’d start there to get front end geometry corrected.

So just to be clear, you are running the RS7MT. That what you recomend.
So, normally I would tell people that it'll create a slight pull to the driver side but being that you currently have a pull the right, I kinda think that might help your Jeep to track straighter. So, yeah, that is what I would recommend.
