I had some Harbor Freight Roadshock lights on my JK years ago. Exterior rotted away fast and condensation built up quickly inside. The light was very white and very bright but the reach was awful. They were 3” with the same side spot light tech. They always worked but again I regret not just saving up for the KCs or something of similar quality in the first place.Anyone familiar with these lights? Needing light but don’t want to spend $1000 on them. These are similar to the BD LP6’s. I like that they have the side lights too. Thoughts?

Looks like they changed their design since. Wonder if you had issues because of your salty/coastal environment.
Have you looked at Tyri lights, I recall from SEMA they introduced new lighting at that price and have a 30% flash sale going on.Anyone familiar with these lights? Yeah, that’s a good point too. I could be a guinea pig for folks here. HahaI dunno, at $150, they're cheap enough to buy, install and toss if they suck.
Yeah, I did check them out after the SEMA vids but even with the discount, they’re $350 each.Have you looked at Tyri lights, I recall from SEMA they introduced new lighting at that price and have a 30% flash sale going on.

This is true. The bajas are prob the brightest light I have seen in a long timeWhen it comes to lighting, I've learned that you definitely get what you pay for in light output and overall quality. I'm of course a fan of Baja's as they have been the brightest I've ran with the ability to change out lens pattern/color if desired. The two LP6's I have are much brighter than my old KC Light bar for sure. But of course Bajas and even KC's come with a price.
