Check out what the State Department spent on foreign aid prior to Trump. Billions of dollars- but it’s less than 1% of the budget per year is what we were told.

If you go to a financial planner they scrutinize every expenditure not just the big ones.

All Fed Gov waste must stop. Other than the 18 enumerated functions of the Fed Gov everything must be stopped.
