Alignment questions

I have a 2.5 lift from rubicon express with teraflex sport fixed control arms,Barnes drop brackets and 1 ton apex chassis steering yet my alignment from shops always come back not the greatest is there anything else I need to address to get it dialed in?

To me, those numbers look great. Camber is only off slightly but there is no adjustment for that anyway. The slightly more than spec caster is great. Will help keep the Jeep running straight down the road with minimal wandering. Toe looks good too.

Are you having a specific issue related to alignment that you're concerned about?
 
I was told they couldn’t perform caster adjustment because of a washer that is connected to the lower control arms on the axle side and that my “idler arm” is not facing forward and maxed out at the drag link but the drag link has more threads that I know for sure and the backwards ilder arm is not backwards it’s just offset to the knuckle, pitman, and also both tie rod ends are offset ends

Find another shop
 
If it's not handling poorly and you have no drive line vibrations, drive it.

Your caster is a little high, which can cause drive line vibration, but there are fixes for that.
