Truffles!I just tilled the ground about 2 hours ago. There's literally nothing here of value but these two showed up and sniffed around for awhile. I'm guessing the new dirt smell peaked curiosity

Moved my camera to a different spot. Haven’t seen that little fawn in a bit and hoping this will bring the deer out more to where I will hunt from. It was down the hill on the right hand side where the grass meets the trees. This spot should show more.

Since ours was born, we see him once a week maybe. Mom's do a great job hiding them.

Yeah i didn’t see him much before but then saw that yote and nothing. We’ll see. Hoping for some more doe’s and bucks though soon. Early archery is this weekend show should move some things around.

It's funny how attracted to fresh dirt they are. When my neighbor tilled his field it would be polluted with deer tracks the next couple days. I think it may be due to exposing minerals they'd have to scratch around for. We've watched them scratch around the fields quite a bit looking for whatever.
