That’s tough. Feel bad for people that their lives get like that.

Binos do look higher end though…

When I was like 12, I used to help a family friend clean out his evicted tenant apartments in inner city Syracuse. Was brutal…paid cash though.

don't feel bad when they don't pay rent for 2 years.

looking back, the plan to socialism was working or maybe it is still working as more people who had free roof over their heads at the expense of someone responsible, get evicted and a communist mayor is leading the democrats in NY with the "free everything for all" mantra
