might be the only reason I buy rotisserie chicken…the classic Chinese chicken salad…with all the usual suspects…julienne Napa & red cabbage, carrots & radish, bean sprouts, green onions & cilantro

You can make the dressing as simple or complex as you like, but a few ingredients are required...like the grated ginger & garlic, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil (a couple drops for flavor), peanut or another neutral oil like grapeseed or avocado to emulsify the vinaigrette...and copious amounts of black pepper.
