Sad, but another young girl passed making 3. Surprised that the count is so low considering. I bet the reporter did a WTF after reading the names. And it looks like human error played a huge roll in this event.
I'm sure all emergency slides in all aircraft are going to be looked at after two failed on deployment.

That was pretty funny but it those names were not correct. Somebody has a sick sense of humor to put those on TV.

I'm at work and can't see the YouTube Video but I'm assuming this is the report with the pilot's names? I damn near puked I was laughing so hard. Who in there right mind would believe those were the names?! She even pronounced them perfectly without skipping a beat. The real Ron Burgandy!

They were apparently confirmed by an employee at the NTSB. That guy is probably fired and trying to figure out how to tell his family why. Sad
