I like my steaks rare...but not that one. Best medium rare, should melt in your mouth like butter...then walk 10 miles in the snow

It certainly did melt in my mouth like butter! It came with cooking instructions so I followed them to a T. It ended up medium rare. The other two ribeyes he got we cooked rare as normal. Such a good dinner.

All the usual suspects …soy sauce, apple juice, mirin, garlic, sugar, sesame oil, green onions, sesame seeds, black pepper…

Get yourself a Thermapen instant read thermometer …check your salmon until 125 degrees, remove from heat source; carryover cooking should bring it to 130…it will be perfect every time
