Bad Squeak

There’s a really bad squeak that sounds like it’s coming from my rear passenger wheel. I checked the brakes and it’s not it. When I accelerate it gets louder, when I let off the throttle it quiets down. When I brake it gets louder.

Could it be wheel bearing? Although I don’t hear grinding.

That’s what I first thought, but that usually goes away with you press the brakes.

You may have a wear indicator on your brake pads. Those will squeal like hell. Could be a rock or debris wedged between the pad and rotor as well. I would start with pulling the rear wheels and giving the brakes a thorough check. Before you break the lug nuts loose give it a spin and check that the flanges aren't bent too.

Edit: check your dust shields as well. If they get bent into the rotor some of them will squeal real bad.

Could be front break pads retaining clips got loose or missing. Had it in the past and it sounded like it is coming from the rear
