What was done to your rig this week?

OK thanks. I looked at the kit at O Reilly's and it didn't have many adapters, so I can see how it might be a problem. I'll try autozone when it's time to do mine.

I own a Snap-On Ball joint Press... it’s beefy... You are welcome to borrow it. I’m not sure if it has the correct adapters, but I can look into it. (Haven’t changed mine with it yet)

It does. I bought one for the shop and it cut the search for adapters down to nothing. SnapOn has the book inside that tells you exactly which adapters to use for the removal and the installation. They fit way better too.

The snap on one is the best. Especially because you can do it with the threaded side down instead of up and into the suspension

Cool! Yeah I paid $750 for that bitch and it has the book... it better have all the adapters for that price... I used it on my 2500hd multiple times... I got tired of bending the cheap ones..

I’ll rent it out for $100 a day.. [emoji51]

That’s the best price I’ve seen for brand new. Hands down it’s the best press out there. I wish the competitors compared. Snap On has people by the balls on this one though.

It’s steep even at that, and especially for someone that’s not using it very often. For the shop though it makes sense. I swear we couldn’t keep track of which adapters did what on the others even if tried marking them, and wasted too much time trying to figure it out.

Me too, it’s like it’s the first time I’ve done it every time, like ground hogs day
