Blown 3.6L, will any 3.6l block work

So a few months ago my 2013 JKU bit the dust with a blown motor, I would do a V8 swap, but that is cost-prohibitive. 2012-13 engines seem to be considered made of gold and usually run $1000 or more above the other 3.6L engines. Will a 14-18 3.6L work? Or would a 3.6L pentastar block from either...

    Smittybilt SRC generation 2 bumper

Well I finally received and installed my Smittybilt SRC Gen 2 front bumper. In my opinion easiest mod to date. Product came packaged in a heavy duty box I could use as a casket and wrapped in some type of foam wrap and bubble wrap. Only had one issue with install either I stripped the nut on...

    Pypes HGC exhaust

Well I picked up a Pypes HGC exhaust for my 2013 JKU awhile back and finally got it installed today. First, anytime you are working on anything make sure to have the right tools. I thought I had everything I needed and went to my Dad's barn. Better than working on it in my gravel driveway...

    75 Watt Led Headlights

So i received a set of 75 watt led headlights from an overseas supplier for conducting a review of their product, I only had to pay shipping, so if they aren't any good no real loss. The shipping packaging was great. Lots of protection from damage. The lights are very sturdy these did not...

JGL 4.5" Cannon 25 Watt Led Driving Lights

Well received a sample set of JGL Cannon 25 Watt 4.5" driving lights, these appear to be copies of Vision X Light Cannons. They claim 1000' of usable light, just like the Vision X. Given the price difference I am expecting a difference in light output. I have purchased a light meter for testing...

RK 1.5" Coils and Rancho RS9000XL shocks

Not sure if this is the correct area to post a suspension review, but here it goes. I have a 2013 JKU that had 16/58 coils running 285/75-16 Falken Rocky Mountain ATS II tires. This was a decent combination stock, but after adding the D rated tires I found the ride to be much rougher and...

    New guy from Southern Illinois

While this isn't my first jeep it is my first Wrangler. I traded my cummins powered Ram, and man do I miss the sound of diesel engines. But the fit and finish of the JK wranglers are pretty nice. Look forward to modifying the wrangler.
