    How's the durability holding up?

I have a set of Method's Bead grip wheels. But I haven't had a chance to take them out onto the trails yet or air them down. But they ride nice fully aired up on the road.

LEFT LANE VIGILANTES - They Drive Me CRAZY

Where I am at in Washington, it is always Oregon people who are doing that. They also for some reason can't figure out how to go faster than 60 when the speed limit is 70.

What was done to your rig this week?

Got my winch put on. I am working with a friend who has access to a CNC Mill. We are going to mill out some aluminum blocks to allow the license plate to sit vertically and place the license plate below the fairlead as I don't really like how the license plate currently is mounted.

    Beginner Toolkit

Here are the photos. The kit was made my Rugged Ridge. As I said I picked it up about 20 years ago. What I like about it, is that I can keep all the tools in one easy-to-move bag. While it may not be as convenient as a single use tool. Being multi-use I can keep the clutter down on how much...

    Beginner Toolkit

About 20 years ago I picked up a basic multi-set tool recovery kit. It was basically a metal tube (Cheater bar), an axe head, a Shovel head, a Pickaxe head, and a sledgehammer head. The Sledgehammer actually came in handy when I had my XJ a few times as I needed to do some quick on trail beating...

Tire size for the Pacific Northwest

It's been almost 10 years since I have really built a Jeep. 10 years ago here in the Pacific Northwest doing trail running the general consensus from all the wheeling people I was around at the time was that 35-inch tires could get you just about everywhere, some places might be a bit of a...

    Jeep dogs!!!

Here is my Irish Wolfhound who loved to ride in the Jeep. Unfortunately, I had to very recently put him down as he broke a leg and we found out that he had bone cancer. My rubi was one of the few vehicles he could actually fully stand up in. In my old Cherokee, it was not uncommon to see him put...

    Too much power loss?

according to GPS, on my jk rubi, when I went to 33's my speedometer went from 3-4 miles an hour slow to dead on. Should I look into calibrating as well? I don't plan on doing any regearing till I move up to 37's.

    ACCUAIR Suspension System GIVEAWAY

Use to own a 95 Cherokee in the early 2000's. Caught the wheeling bug and had the Cherokee running on 33's with about 2 inches of lift. Own a 2016 JKU Rubicon now and am loving this thing. Got the rubi back on 33's and no lift. Once I saw the accair system it is exactly what I was dreaming of...
