Our 2013 JKU did not have a spare tire mount when we bought it and we are leaning towards a tailgate mount instead of a swing arm. Just wondering if there are any pros or cons, or if anyone has a recommendation.

Long time admirer, first time buyer here. Wife and I just purchased a 2013 JKU. Not sure how much mud she is going to let her see, but the ol' girl will definitely spend plenty of time at the beach. She has mods from previous owner/owners, so it is an advanced learning process. 👋
