Nitto 40" Trail Grapplers availability ?

Thanks guys, sorry I took so long to reply. I've been busy with medical stuff and trying to get a boat ready to go to the Bahamas for the winter. Rockworx in Montrose, Co was able to find some for me. I store my jeep there for half the year when I'm back east.

I'm on the build list with Travis for one of his rear bumpers.

    High Clearance Rear Bumper

Thanks. I talked to Travis and he weighed one this morning. Just under 130 lbs.

    High Clearance Rear Bumper

Looks great and if it gives me 6.5 in. more clearance with the hitch that's great. I've already messaged Travis and waiting for a call from him. Do you know how much it weighs? Thanks for posting.

JT Lift to run 38's or 40's

I bought them for the steps and they work well, but I'm probably going to change them to something stronger. I"m afraid with JT break over limitation and the way I plan on using this they are not strong enough.

JT Lift to run 38's or 40's

Holy Cross trail in Co. JT did great. It would climb up anything. Just had to learn not to drive it like a JK. The breakover got me hung up once and the turning radius made it more challenging sometimes. It handled great with the topper on it. The Patagonia milestars were not my choice for...

JT Lift to run 38's or 40's

Yeh, I know it's hard to believe. I Was trying to get this JT put together so I could use it this past summer. It was over a year just trying to get all the pieces together. I gave up on seeing the Dynatracs in my lifetime. I knew I could probably sell the Danas. Rockworx has the Danas'...

JT Lift to run 38's or 40's

I'm running 4.5+ lift with 40's. Had a set of Ultimate Dana 60s' on it till my long awaited Dynartac Pro Rock 60/80's showed up after more than a year of waiting. Can't believe they actually showed up. They have now been switched out with the Dana 60s'. They actually fit. They're .5 in...

6.2L Gen V LT Gladiator - Would You be Interested?

Having already spent the money to get my JT built up with axles, suspension, etc it makes my choice easier. I'm not going to buy a new JT and start over. If I'm going to do an engine swap I'd rather have a LS or LT than a Hemi. If there was a JT 392 available when I bought my JT I probably...

6.2L Gen V LT Gladiator - Would You be Interested?

I'm thinking about an LS swap for my JT this winter, but an LT swap sounds even better. In fact I've decided to sell a recently acquired LJ and put the money towards an engine swap. Waiting for a drive shaft and some PSC parts to finish initial build on the JT. It will be nice to actually...

How Long are You Willing to Wait for Jeep Parts?

Plan C . Found a set of Dana Ultimate UD 60s' and we bought them. Got wheels, 40s, coming. Ordered some STT tires (2nd choice) wanted Nitto Trail Grapplers but no go on those. Now Evo says July for coil overs so now looking for some standard shocks and springs to run till we get coil...

How Long are You Willing to Wait for Jeep Parts?

Waiting five+ months for Dynatrac 60/80 axles and Kings shocks from Evo for my JT. I Know shocks are not Evos fault. Decided to put on a lift kit and some workable shocks on for 37s' with the stock axles. I'll run it like this till I get the parts. I'll sell these parts off later. I...

Overland / get out of "almost" anywhere lift kits

Good thread. I think it reinforces my decision, I hope. I'm sure there will be a learning curve. I know about rebound, compression, preload and sag settings on motorcycles. But I don't have a clue on jeep setup. What could possibly go wrong!

Overland / get out of "almost" anywhere lift kits

I would like to be able to start a build thread. If I could get the axles we might actually be able to build it.

Overland / get out of "almost" anywhere lift kits

Read the thread Now you got me thinking. I'm just about ready to pull the plug and go with UD 60s'. I had them on my JKU and they were fine, especially liked the brakes.

Overland / get out of "almost" anywhere lift kits

I certainly don't know what I'm doing. I know just enough to be dangerous. My JKU didn't have COs'. It was on 1 tons with 37s' and handled great on road and off. Was great on the rocks with 37s'. I have no experience with COs'. I just wanted to have the best riding, most capable all...
