    Electrical Issues

Flood damage and burned and replaced wire harness? And you just spend $6000 on suspension parts? Sounds like a rat nest to me. You can spends thousands of labor hours and dollars tracking that shit down.

    Currie CurrectLync

Mine's been bulletproof so far. I have gotten better at not using the tie rod as a boulder shovel though.

What Impact Driver Are You Using?

I went and looked at mine. I have the brushless 3/8" 2754 which is rated for 210ft/lbs. It really nice, but not ideal for lug nuts and big stuff. The 1/2" I have is the "mid-torque" brushless 2861 rated for 600ft/lbs. I use the 3/8 for most everything unless it can't do the job and I grab...

    Eaton M90

If you can get a ford 3.8 roots blower (your M90) bolted to the top of the Jeep 3.8 without duct tape and bubblegum, you should get a job at Space-X. Just look at the photos: Ford intake on top, bottom 2 are the Jeep. Look at the valley width and location of the ports.

    New seals, same old leak

I've replaced my passenger side seal twice. It's leaking again too, so needs a 3rd one. The first replacement seal looked mangled when I looked at it. Probably gooned it up installing. The second seal I make a fancy tool to press it in. But it's still leaking....

ARB Twin Compressor - Mount in Cargo Area?

Passenger seat. It raises the seat up about 1/2". There's also room on top of the compressor to store the coiled air hose (thin plastic hose, not a big rubber one). I made a 1 foot whip out of AN-6 synthetic braid line to help with hooking up the hose and keep the heat out of the plastic line.

    Evo Quarter Pounder anyone?

I have the stinger, but took it off. It's a little "much" for driving around town and didn't fit in the garage after I moved. It's simple enough to bolt on for a big trip like going to Moab where it might come in useful.

Front axle seal leaking- can I run it low for awhile?

So my third front axle seal is gone and made a nice puddle in my parking spot. It stopped dripping after a month, so I'm assuming the oil level is now down to the axle tube. Can I keep driving it or am I going F-up the axle? I got the seal and gear oil on hand (after a month wait), but I'm in...

Looking for pics with Evo 4" plush coils

Here's 3" plushrides. First on 37's and cut fenders, and then on 35's and full fenders.

    3.6 V6 Exhaust

I pieced together my own dynomax quiet crawler exhaust from the thread here on the forum. Advance auto has most of the parts. I did pre-axle dump and it's been working great, sounds good, and no annoying drone. I used a bad 90 degree tip at first and it melted the e-brake cable. I replaced...

Took the plunge and cut my fenders, what to do for inner fenders

I also just chopped the OEM liners to fit. Gives more support for the fender. I used a pop rivet at the front corner to the liner to keep the fender from flapping. Side marker light I used a Grote amber light in a 3/4" hole I drilled.

I used my Covid stay-at-home time to make this cargo floor out of 3/4" plywood.

    Talking Brakes

I had the dynatrac pro-grip for a long time. After the rotors and pads were due for a replacement, I decided to try the Crown automotive kit which swaps in a Ram 1500 master, dual piston calipers, and big rotors. Honestly I didn't notice a difference over the dynatrac, probably the same. I...

Yeah the Fox are aluminum. I used to have them.

    steering components

Run 'em. The stockers usually don't break. The tie rod will bend when you find a bolder to ram it into. When that happens, get something stronger. I changed out mine when it got a big frown from a rock.

    JK EVO Tite Cartier Torque

From Evo's instruction sheet: However I would just snug them down, you don't want to crush the hinge cups.
