My JLUR, 3.6 manual won’t start tonight. It’s getting down to freezing temps in Philly. Looks like tomorrow will be experiment time to see how good or bad I am at pulling both batteries.

I just saw a stock DJ today in my neighborhood in Philadelphia. It looks like the frame might be broken on it, as there is a squat in the middle of the wheel base, about where the seats are. I’ll snap a picture of it next time.

This is great! It’s giving me a few ideas on my own CJ8 build.

I’m not going to touch the politics of anything. But, the prices started going wonky quite a while ago, if my memory is correct. I’ve seen this a few times where a product is popular, then they Fonzie it and jump the shark.

I wonder if this is the same thing Harley Davidson went through some (15? 20?) years back. They were in demand, so they jacked up their prices and brought out new lines, and rode high for a few years, then saw demand drop.

Kids are always a drag after the first ten years.
