Thus guy. Fumbling around with 2 phones trying to figure out what to pay with at the only diesel pump that works with all the other open regular pumps.
Had my TO bearing and clutch done about a year and a half ago. I got about 70k before the bearing went (rattling then squealing). The clutch still felt good but figured while they were in there might as well have it replaced. OEM clutch is expensive.
I saw a fuel pump and hose on the side of the road. If I saw it sooner and had a place to pull over I'd have picked it up. Great talking piece hanging on my garage wall...haha
Do tell about these bypass things. My wife's JL has had the "service locker" message for over a year now. I haven't had time to have the dealer look at it under warranty. If you by pass them will the lockers still function?
