That's not death wobble at all, real death wobble will shake a watch off your wrist and make you pull over. So many people run over a pebble and yell death wobble. That being said, mine had a similar shimmy and it turned out to be the tires. Got a new set of tires and it went away instantly.

The factory skid plates do just fine for protecting the oil and tranny pan, the oil pan is very out of the way. I put the Evo protek oil pan/tranny skid on and the exhaust loop skid, the oil/tranny pan one looks new and doesn't get any hits on in any spot besides where the factory trans bar...

If anyone is on the fence about it, get it! Worked great this weekend and probably saved my exhaust loop.

Discount tire is beating the local Jeep dealer's buy 3 get one for $1 sale, so for all 5 just over $1800, so great deal.
