In The Shop - Disciple Off Road

Makes it a little better. Still stepping on the throttle and hearing a whine vs a roar just isn't the same...haha

    Old School Cool

We renovated a 1980's double wide trailer at my old station and stripped everything down to the studs. New drywall, paint, flooring, fixtures and appliances throughout however we left the hall closet "stock" as a portal back in time. Complete with wood paneling and orange carpet. That's what...

    Old School Cool

Never saw the video but familiar with that "song"...haha. Just played it and my 2yo loved it.

In The Shop - Disciple Off Road

I was going to ask if it had a V-8 swap. I can't imagine running 42's with the 3.8L

    High Sierra Poker Run 2025

Looks like fun. Was in that area for a fire in 2016. Spent 2 weeks in Balch camp near the power plant. Once my van is built setting up for trail coffee for everyone would be fun.

    Blackstone Grill

Oh I could definitely see that and you flipping the shrimp into your hat...haha. Kind of hard to do hibachi on a grill

    Blackstone Grill

I've never been a fan of cooking on a flat top or griddle. Grew up cooking most of our meat on a charcoal grill or crock pot....haha. I can see how they'd be pretty handy for larger meals and making dozens of pancakes. All preference i guess. I worked with guys who acted this way over theirs. So...

    Blackstone Grill

Haha. I Honestly don't understand the hype of them. Nothing beats a Weber Kettle. However I have a charbroil gas grill just for convenience. But when camping the weber jumbo Joe table top grill comes out and is much better than gas.

Random Internet Shit you've come across

Random (non-Jeep) Shit You’re Working On....

One that was over priced because its light enough to be towed by a jeep...haha. It wasn't literally in the window its mounted and sealed in a cabinet with an appropriate opening in the wall but still. I feel the same way. It was literally plugged into an outlet buried under the dinette seat.

Random (non-Jeep) Shit You’re Working On....

It was built with a GE window unit like you can pick up at Lowes or Home depot (thats where i bought it). If it was a dometic roof top mount you're right. Parts wouldn't be cheap.

Random (non-Jeep) Shit You’re Working On....

RV's are trash. Ours is 2 years old and I had to replace the AC, "fix" the toilet which has a known problem and has been recalled, and replaced a broken leaf spring (fortunately it broke at the end of our 2 week, 2k mile trip as I was backing in the driveway). We bought the additional warranty...

    2025 RAM 2500 HD : First Impressions

California or not its my understanding the DEF and DPF systems are federally mandated under the EPA. While yes we have smog inspections which would catch a DPF delete its again my understanding that its "federally punishable". I really dont know what that would entail though. This was a big...

    2025 RAM 2500 HD : First Impressions

Yep my new van has it. Once the warranty expires I'll have to look to see if there is a delete kit...haha.

    2025 RAM 2500 HD : First Impressions

Just do it! My neighbor is a railroader and told me all the new locomotives run DEF. I didn't realize that. He said most of the time they're out of DEF and instead of going into a limp mode it basically bypasses the DEF system and they pull harder and run more wide open. Just some more food for...

    New ball joint wander

When I replaced my ball joints (synergy) the steering was really sticky and it wandered really bad. So bad I wouldn't let anyone drive it but me. Per their instructions it said it would take 300-500 miles to loosen up. Mine took nearly 1500 miles before it was finally driving normally again. Not...

    Adam’s 1310

Don't use UPS. Some how they'll tear the double wall cardboard box you shipped it in and only deliver the yoke. Took a couple weeks to track down the drive shaft and it was finally delivered though.
