    Jeep dogs!!!

Thought I'd share a couple more pics. One most recent since Emma has doubled in size and can now see out the window without a booster seat. :D First trip out with the top off. Last weekend. For reference, she has a harness that is attached to a chain, which in turn is attached to the center...

Kent Frost (the original Canyon Lands Jeeper)

http://www.nps.gov/cany/historyculture/kentfrost.htm He was one of the few people who worked with everyone to find real solutions. Seems like there are so few people like that today, and he will be missed.

    Too Sunny to Work

Finally towards the end of the day and the temp dropping down to 60 degrees, we decided just one last side trip before heading back home for the evening. This time up Tinkham Road. We followed Tinkham Rd (nf-55) to NF-5510 and headed up for a bit to get some pics of the Iron Horse trail bridge...

    Too Sunny to Work

After leaving Preston, we headed out I-90 to Exit 38, crossed over the South Fork Snoqualmie river. We happened upon a little dam. Further up the road we came across a dirt road with no gate (somewhat rare in this area). We just had to take it. Turns out to be NF-9020. We took some time to...

    Too Sunny to Work

On Tuesday the weather report said that it was going to be a brilliant day for us in the Seattle area. Having heard that I ask the boss if I could take Wednesday off for no other reason that it was going to be too sunny to work. After thinking about it for a bit, he said "Sure", then he gave me...

There is a slight possibility of a family member going to work in Cupertino, CA. If you were doing the same, what area would you recommend living in?

    Pets are people too.

We went to the 4wp show in Puyallup with Emma our 11 week old Border Collie, the again to the Triple X burger Jeep show this morning in Issaquah, where a number of people already knew her by name from the 4wp show. She is certainly loving the attention!

    Pets are people too.

We had to put down our "Bear" after 10 years. Absolutely heartbreaking. Now about a year later we are ready again. Emma is the latest addition to our family.

    Radiator Protection?

I thought I saw a thread about putting a screen behind the grill on a JK to protect the radiator. I can't seem to find it now. Is there such a thead? If not, those of you who've put a screen behind your grill, what did you use?

    Random Photos

A friend let me try out a few of his collection of firearms this weekend. I think this one was my favorite. All said and done I got to try out a Beretta 92, Kimber 1911, Glock 9mm, and the AK-47. From what I understand, having been the first time ever firing any type of firearm, that hitting...
