    Hornets really suck too. I was attacked twice by small ground-based hornets (at least I think they were hornets) while mowing the lawn. My legs turned purple. I could barely see them due to my glasses. I severely toxified their hole, and then they were gone.

    I always carry small and large Silky saws. Maybe I will buy a machete. When one is suddenly faced with miles of intense brush, and no way to turn around, you just make the best of it .

    Don't know about the fake bolts, but magnetic body armor is a good idea if local trails are full of scratchy brush and you want to save your paint.
