Not sure of a company, but I did a diy mount job on my bumper.... Rugged Ridge XHD mod bumper don't have ANY light mounts so I went to hardware store and got a strip of steel for 7 bucks, cut two pieces off, drilled mounting holes for the light, then welded the two tabs I made to the bar...
