Hi all, Does anybody know if the Air blender door in the heating/AC system on the passenger side is changeable. The part that holds it to the actuator motor's axle on mine is broken in 4 different pieces. Guess the plastic is not really up to par (must be chinese with crappy QC)? Thanks

Hi all, I have a partially cracked (as in metal fatigue due to a frigging AH opening his door when i was driving by - he paid for the fender, marker and paint 100%) front fender bracket (under fender to front body sub-frame). Has anybody been successful in re-welding those or do i have to go to...

That's a great job. One question, while the body was loose why not lift it off, paint each part separately, paint the frame, and reassemble. I know it is a pain to unplug the dash and harnesses on old iron but it iron out lots of future gremlins......
