    HEARTLAND : The 2012 JK-Experience [3 Part Series]

Definitely noticed the AdArt jeep too. So many nice rigs in these videos its like which do I look at first. I may have to look into doing some urban digital camo for my jeep :D Not the entire jeep but pieces here and there in black/white and gray since my jeep is pretty much completely black.

    HEARTLAND : The 2012 JK-Experience [3 Part Series]

Really? Cool Ive been seeing guys do the wrap thing more and more lately but mostly flat black, never in a color like that. I guess its cheaper than paint also you can take off when you get tired of it.

    HEARTLAND : The 2012 JK-Experience [3 Part Series]

Awesome videos as usual, great job!! So I have a question for anyone who was on the trip. There was a 2 door that almost looks like a bluish purple. Is that a custom paint job or just some color I wasnt aware of? There is a good shot of it at 2:59

    Why are coilovers better?

So sorry if this is a newb question or if it was already answered. So the shock and coil allow for a true vertical movement but your control arms move still move in an arc correct? IF the above is true does the coilover pivot as the contol arms drop lower to allow for a full range of motion?

Life expectancy of a Heim Joint?

So it appears my heim joint at the axle end of my trackbar has failed and is causing front end issues after only a little over a year. Does this seem premature for a vehicle that has only been wheeled a few times?

    Detailing your jeep

Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat????? Do you really take everything apart? Now that is dedication! Wish I had the time and space to be able to go that far. I still have mud from the last wheeling trip in places i THOUGHT I cleaned. Any tips you have for getting the mud stains off the soft top/anything...

    HEARTLAND : The 2012 JK-Experience [3 Part Series]

Great Video!!! Now thats more like the wheeling we do here on the east coast. Not a lot of big rocks but we have plenty of mud, guess it was a good thing you switched to those mud graplers :D Also was that a little homage to the movie Gladiator in the beginning there with the sand Cant wait...

Tips for choosing a line for a newb

Thanks everyone I really appreciate all the advice. If I could Id be out wheelin everyday. Buying a jeep is truly one of the best things i ever did. Its the only vehicle ive ever owned that makes me happy to just be in it on and off road ALL the time.

Tips for choosing a line for a newb

Funny you say that as this is the very thing ive been trying to get better at. In a regular car im used to the edge of the tires being even with the edges of the hood/body. Where as now its easy to forget your flares stick out a decent amount past the body. Also having 13.50 wide tires with...

Tips for choosing a line for a newb

This is exactly what ive been trying to do. I just usually wind up feeling bad cause i dont want to hold anyone up being less experienced. I have to say though the couple times ive been out, the guys ive tagged along with have been great with showing me things.

Tips for choosing a line for a newb

Thanks, i always try to read up and watch as much as i can before I start asking questions but there is no substitution for real world experience. I was always taught the only stupid questions are the ones not asked. Thanks again for the reply.

Tips for choosing a line for a newb

So far... keep the big stuff out from the middle gearing is important turn into a fall and listen to your rear end Anyone else want to share their expertise and thoughts they use when choosing a line?

    So whats the difference?

I see a bunch of guys in my area throwing turbos on their JK's instead of re-gearing to get back some of the tourque they lost from adding big tires. So my question is, is there a difference in getting back your torque through re-gearing vs adding a turbo? To me re-gearing feels the right way...
