I seen a lot of the "in stock" let's take your money now and have it shipped at a later date.🙄 At least a couple places fully refunded my cost. I try to order more cautiously now, phone calls, comparing products, ect.
We are having problems getting basic product to our Tier 1 automotive...
Hmmm not sure, maybe take off the evap module again, make sure there's no dirt in it and the rubber seal is set correctly? Possibly got more dirt in it from excess dirt/mud in the line?
That sucks hope you figure it out.
I just replaced the EVAP module after my line pulled off and it got a little dirty. It just twists onto the front of the charcoal canister. Was pretty cheap and easy fix. But yeah I had problems getting fuel into the tank also.
Well I talked with someone (Seth) who knows about gears, carriers, bearings, ect. And yes putting the tjm prolockers in the front and rear of dana 44s will work. And I found the correct carrier bearing/race combo. So all should go smooth. Guess the people at the shops I called went off the deep...

Yeah we are going to pull the rear when doing this. We had already practiced with Brick, Mark's jeep. I think I have found the correct bearings for the carriers. And Seth checked out the TJM lockers online with us, he likes the idea of them and should setup decent.
Well I just got the Rubicon housing to work with. A friend of mine (JKbrick) upgraded to a prorock 44 and swapped over the parts.
I think it will work with the new bearings and all, and the axle shafts will be chromoly with full circle clips. Only alternative I found is the conventional...
Also they did say call them back on Monday and get a better explanation from their techs who actually install the diffs. So I would probably get a better answer, possibly a bearing #also.
Ok I ended up getting (2) tjm prolockers both the same for a JK Dana 44 (stock rear axle for sport, Sahara). And I got a Rubicon front Dana 44 housing. I am told it would work but the bearing and race are different in the Rubicon front. So those have to be changed out so the locker will fit. No...
