    Jeep Comms

I like having the HAM as there are some race channels that can be used and they are not monitored as strictly as HAM channels. You don't have to say your callsign every 20 min like you do on a HAM channel.

CB installed for now but I do have a HAM license. I use a handheld Baofang HAM radio until I have a mobile one installed.

VIDEO : JL JOURNAL - Axle Differential Fluid Change - How to do it Yourself

I appreciate you showing the part numbers on the bolts that you get. You had a video where you replaced grease nipples on the johnny joint of the control arms and I was able to jot that down.

    Bottle Jack

This above is an air jack and I looked at this since I have a dual compressor onboard. I personally will stick to the standard bottle jack. Not a fan of the scissor and the last Jeep had a bottle jack.

Oil leak that doesn't leak?/Oil Cooler Housing shot?

I have a 2014 JKU and read the threads of the oil cooler housing that craps out. I have a habit of looking under my Jeep before I get in and today, I was parked on an incline and noticed oil an oil spot about 2 inches. I got home, climbed under the Jeep with a rag and degreaser and cleaned off...

WILD WILD WEST : The 2013 JK-Experience [2 Part Series]

Yeah, I know. Thread resurrection. I love Part 2 of Wild, Wild West. My favorite part is when the Jeep blew it's rear end on Cadillac Hill and you guys went back to get it. I love the music at the point where Mel is doing the welding. You chose the perfect music for your videos.

will this rotary tool cut JK fenders

This rotary tool was given to me. I am not sure it is strong enough to cut JK fenders. it's 120V and sometimes it is called a dremel but not sure if that is by mistake. Maybe if I put a better disc on it? Picture is below.

This is a different one but worth a try. The one I knew of was called DIY Garage. I saw this the other night but skipped it. Looks like it's on my list to call. Thanks Overland.

DIY Garage in San Diego area

Anyone know of DIY in the San Diego area? There used to be one in North County but I think they closed. I have a couple of things that need fixing but I live in an apartment and do not have a garage (let alone park barely in my neighborhood) to work out of. I'm trying to do the little things...

What was done to your rig this week?

It was a long, expensive Friday the 13th. Regear to 4:88 and a rear locker. Playing with Procal now. No, the axle is not crooked, I was croutched down taking the pic with my phone.
