Can anyone help with an installation issue on my steering stabilizer?

Can anyone help with an installation issue on my steering stabilizer? The previous setup was a Teraflex 9550VVS using a track bar bolt adapter.
I contacted Rancho, and they advised me to order the RS77418 steering stabilizer. However, I’m having an issue with the piston side at the track bar bolt—it doesn’t slide in and appears to be a smaller diameter. Am I supposed to remove the sleeve?
The rod side installs fine on the bracket. Or was I supposed to order the RS77401 instead (even though Rancho said that one was not correct)?
Any help is greatly appreciated

Will do once i get home. The issue is finding the correct replacement.
This is the one that is installed Stock pic from Teraflex.

When I had the synergy post and the OEM stabilizer, which I understand is also made by Rancho, I had to drill out the bushing on the shock. I also applied a little of the silver goop on the post so it was easier to remove later.

got it, drill out the sleeve to fit, guessing 1/2" using a step bit or, take the sleeve to ACE hardware and find one to match with the correct opening. Drilling then out is pretty simple if you have some basic tools

EDIT - holy shit, when did step bits become so pricey!

I would like to thank you and the group for your help. I returned the RS77418 and purchased the RS77401, then used sleeves to connect the steering damper stabilizer to the mount I already had for the Teraflex 9550VVS. This mount is located at the track bar lower mounting bolt, with the adapter at the tie rod.

I took the Jeep on a test run on local streets, and the steering now centers much better than before. I then drove it on the highway and was able to reach 75 MPH with no issues or shaking. I could comfortably hold the steering wheel with one hand—no more white-knuckle experience on the highway.
