Pet Peeves - What Pisses You Off?

New Mexico... shitty roads, the constant speed limit changes, safety zones, nasty bathrooms... New Mexico

And why are there so many blind people with big dogs at hotels?
They must be blind if they can't see the giant pile of shit their dog just dropped because they just turn around and walk away every fucking time.

when service fails and they use the excuse "got busy" .... not my fucking problem you understaffed and did not time manage the crew.

Been with Discount Tire a lot of years, went to a Utah DT to get a balance/rotate, was told 1 hour, 1 hour later and Jeep is still not pulled into the bay.

The guy at the counter looked surprised that the status showed my vehicle should have been completed... he went to check on what happened and told me there was a vehicle they were finishing and then another ahead of me; I should note they all arrived AFTER I did; don't give shit if they had an appointment, you work them in when they've been dropped off and closing is 5pm) you don't say "sorry, we got busy".

It did not appear busy when I arrived, I was there for at least 15 minutes before several people walked in; all but 1 was a drop off but I see them returning to pick up their vehicle before mine has even been pulled into a bay - only 2 of the 4 bays were staffed (I think there were 4).

A - you don't make the excuse to a waiting customer "we got busy" and give me a basic fuck off, it'll be another hour.

B - I get when a customer makes an appointment, the goal is to work them in ASAP BUT, when they drop off the vehicle and closing is 4 hours out, practice better time management.

C - PRACTICE BETTER TIME MANAGEMENT and don't tell your customer they can go fuck themselves because you got busy.

So, because of this bullshit, I'm done buying tires from DT. I plan to get a set of Falken 3peak for the winter (Nitto's were not impressive when I encountered heavy snowfall) but they won't be purchased from DT.

They have always been bad about how long it’ll take. They would say one hour and it was always three tops.

As for the appointment, I get putting them in front of you. It’s no different that a reservation at a restaurant. But maybe have one bay for appointments and one for walk ins if you only have two.

After my miserable experience with Discomfort Tire in Addison, Texas, I have been paying a dealership to rotate my tires (while they also do other stuff).

I was totally unimpressed with the Discomfort Tire service manager who told me it was too complex to manage a tire rotation based on a diagram printed from the Discomfort Tire web site (same as in the Jeep tire manual). And this is after he lost parts from my Jeep right before a scheduled trip and was giving me rusty parts from other customers which were found on the garage floor.
