I installed my DDM TuningHID kit with the lo/hi bulbs but I am only getting low beams. Everything is connected the way it should be. What could be the problem?

Ok on my 2008 JKU, my power outlet on the right side and both of my back up lights wont turn on. I replaced fuses M6, M7, and M36 for the power outlets. Then M31 for the back up lights. None will still turn on. Any ideas?

So I have a bit of steering wheel wobble between 40-45mph. And the jeep lists over to the right when I drive, so much it turns my steering wheel a little bit. I have 78000 miles on the jeep, 2.5in RK stock mod lift, 35in tires. Is it time for new ball joints and steering stabilizer?
