NorCal: Signal Peak -- Sept 13th

The skids are very easy and I am sure the guys will be able to walk you through it very easily! But remember, if you are driving it over to Panda's, you will need new oil. If you add the oil pan skid cold it does not need to be drained, but if it is warm from the drive over, it needs to be drained. I wish I could help on Monday, but my family from Louisiana are in town until Wednesday.

Yeah, just like Eddie's write up, I'm going to let it cool and install without the oil change and hope I don't pop the seal on the pan. The write up seems fairly strait forward, and the Jeep only HAS 1600 miles on it....TOTAL. ;)

You won't. I pulled my 3.8 skid when it was hot. It's 10X more scary, but it'll be fine.

Only 1600 miles, well damn we need to put some miles on that puppy. I've only had my 2015 for 10 months now and I'm already close to 19000. Thanks to all my NorCal family they're some of the best miles I've ever done.

Put us down as a slim maybe for Sunday.

Awe shit, it's hooligan time :D

It's a custom piece from my old employer. We hired a local artist to create something that told the story of our company. Then I had it set on a cream matte and took a copper pen and had all the founders and stakeholders sign it.

Was not expecting a faucet. Thought it was some indian/hooka/ganesha print or something. That's really cool. Love the circuitry border.

So I better slow down then.... :cheesy:

By my math, you're averaging 60 something miles a day, where I'm averaging 70 something. I just bought this only 3 weeks ago. Gave it its first trail pin striping after 30 hours on Corral Hollow...and haven't even made my first payment yet!

Can't wait to start sharing those miles with the NorCal crew! :drinks:

Added, hope you can make it. It can't be more than an hour from your house, right?

Just over a hour. I might be in the Bay Area that weekend to meet a buddy of mine that is stationed out east. I'm not sure what day he will be in town.

I also have to get my rear driveshaft balanced and installed.

As it looks right now Jule and I are probably out. Unless I can get a new rear driveshaft ordered and installed by the weekend.
