Never heard of them..... actually, they (the proto types) were all on the same trail as us today, but about 1 mile behind us and never caught up to us.

I was looking at the Africa Jeep, in person it's a nice rig I like the amount of extra room in the back but I got distracted and forgot to take pics :doh:
anyway, while I was talking to the Jeep rep I noticed it had rock-slide engineering side rails on it and they weren't working, they must have got damaged on the trail today because the rep said they were working yesterday. I could see how bent up they were and when I pushed on one end of the step portion, that end fell out a little....I forgot to take pics!!!
rep told me they built the Cherokee, Africa and Truck rigs from start to finish in 8 weeks!
this is the 3rd set of RSE rails I've seen not working (during this EJS) because of trail damage.
