Random Internet Shit you've come across

Clearly, by "circle of privilege", he's referring to yellow slanty eye kids for who, english is not a first language or one that they know at all and growing up in a shithole part of town where their parents try to eek out a living working at a liquor store or dry cleaner 7 days a week and well into the night. That is after all, who we're talking about here.

I've known many in the "circle of privilege" that flunked out of HS yet their rich parents still managed to get them into decent colleges thru their connections. The rest worked their asses off for the grades only to be passed over by affirmative action.

RFK Jr. fails to understand that some students do work their asses off to get those acceptance letters only to be told 'thanks for paying stupid admission fees and applying but you do not meet our "affirmative action" requirements.

I was kind of starting to like him too....

Not a single one of these POS point a finger at the university's out of control tuition costs. So many of them have massive endowment funds, they could cut tuition for ALL students to make it affordable.
Universities should be held accountable for offering degrees in worthless programs that are designed to do nothing but generate more $$$$ in their coffers.

While my daughter was in college, the administrators voted in a 2% increase on every semester and at the same time rolled out tuition free programs for illegals and lower grade students from underperforming schools. Ask me how fucking mad I was... I dare you lol

The university also had the balls to have students call parents and ask for donations to help students who could not afford to pay their rent, meals, other costs; I'm pretty sure I made several of those callers' cry.

I paid my dues, I'm not white but was never dark enough, stupid enough, poor enough, illegal enough, fuck affirmative action.

‘Circle of Privilege’ means those who work hard and stay out of trouble. What a crazy concept!

I agree that if the government wants to help, they should start by rewarding the affordable universities which offer a good education, and not send even a dime to the ultra-expensive universities which do not offer a better education. Reward based on bang for the buck.

Loans and financial aid should not be offered to attend expensive universities.

It is not clear how many minorities get passed over because they are a minority. It is most likely about the money.

If it's a public university (State and Federal money) then there should be rules. All qualifying State residents are accepted, period. Financing is on the student.

If it's a private university, then there should be NO State or Federal money involved. The university is for profit and can set it's own rules, NO outside interference.

The Feds have 3 universities and they run them by their rules. So stay out of private universities.

My understanding when Affirmative Action started, it had NOTHING to do with privileged white kids and everything to do with the fact other minorities couldn't compete with the Asian kids. So in fact, it was used to discriminate against one minority so others could have a shot at wasting their time.
