VIDEO : LONELY ROAD to Alamo - A Trek Across the Desert National Wildlife Refuge

I agree with Gemhunter. The video is great intimate storytelling. And scenery, adventure, and solitude can’t be beat. Thanks for sharing guys[emoji16][emoji106]

I just got back from a two day camp out near the chocolate Mtns. The weather was perfect and there were no issues with the Jeep. It was a great trip. Then I see this video after a nice warm shower. Life don't get no better-n-that. It was like dessert after a big meal. Thank you both for the video.

Great video! The petroglyph cabin is amazing and a cool story to go with it. Looks like it was a fun trip. Gonna have to take a few trips like that the best time I’m down that way

Unpacked and finally awake after some coffee and I gotta day as much I love the hardcore rock crawling videos, these are the ones that inspire me the most. Just going out and seeing what there is to see. Peaceful, rewarding and epic. Perfect way to recharge the batteries.

Glad to hear you got home safely and had a good time out in Moab.

Thanks for sharing Eddie. That's a beautiful part of NV. I was there last week on the way to Vegas (in the Raptor, so no Jeep porn).

Very nice! Doesn't matter what you get out into the wilderness in so long as you're having a good time. :thumb:

Great video, nice short exploration. Really cool to see the desert sand dry and wet at the same time!

So glad to hear you enjoyed our video :)

I really enjoyed this video. It's nice to periodically see the adventures that our Jeeps are used for in addition to the Rubicon and Slick Rock, etc., types of trails. Kinda rekindles that "Pioneering Spirit".

Thank you!

It's hard to imagine that pioneers not only did all this in wagons or on foot but also on trails like the Rubicon and out on slickrock

Beautiful scenery and awesome videography. Thanks for the ride along.

Thank you, we're so glad you enjoyed it :)

You guys do great work. Keep it up!

Thank you, we really do appreciate it.

The vastness of that area is amazing!

Hard to believe it's all lies just a bit north of a places like Las Vegas.

Thanks for posting another great video. Always jealous of the interesting places you go to.

Well, we hope it'll inspire you to explore some interesting places as well :yup:

Take me to work with you! Great video guys!

LOL - thank you :)

Great video! Nevada has so many interesting trails and places to see.

With any luck, it'll stay that way and for a long time to come. Glad you enjoyed the video :)

I love the scenery too. Although some differences, the AZ desert keeps this Hoosier born guy in AZ. It also reminded me slightly of River Road in Big Bend National Park, TX. That one is only 55ish miles across one way but there are plenty of “side roads” that are fun too. Satellite phones were the only mode of communication there and I loved that!

I LOL’d at Tessa when you mentioned beef jerky! [emoji23]

Thanks again for a great video that makes me feel like I’m along for the ride! I keep saying it, hoping it’ll come true, but I want to get out your way someday!

OL!! She heard beef jerky and was all over it :D
Glad to hear you're enjoying your new home state and it'd be great if you could join us out on the trail :yup:

Just watched it in High Def! Not every great trail requires 4L....

Thanks for posting.

Oh no, 4L is icing on the cake but far from being required to make a trail great.

Another good one as always 👍👍👍👍

Thank you :)

This is one thing that we all have in common. We see the beauty in the desert where most don’t. Great video Eddie and Cindy.

Fortunately, we still have it to enjoy or at least for now anyway. :yup:

Our kind of exploring for sure! Your video makes it feel like we were right there with you guys!!!

Thanks Steph! Hoping to have you actually be right with us again and soon :yup:

Really enjoyed the video. I love exploring the desert. So much to see and so peaceful. Going to have to check out this trip. We were just out in the desert and “dry lake beds”. Thank you for your videos. Love them.

Cool trip[emoji106] the contrast of the sand dunes and mountains in the background looked so cool.

It was a bit cold out but it really was an amazing day to be out there.
