The build of my flag ship Black Pearl

End of an era for me. Just sold my ‘65 C10. I’ve been using this truck since 2006, it was my dads before that and I know it’s back history from before that. Closing one door and opening another. Most of this money will go into my wife’s ‘81 Chevy truck.

Check your registration hommie... The square body in the third picture shouldn't be an '81, wrong hood and fenders. Should be between '73-'80 somewhere.

It’s probably a 80 then. For some reason I have 81 in my head . I put it in the barn 5 years ago and haven’t thought about it since.

Okay, I definitely need a grill picture then. My truck is an ‘80 with the slightly rare square headlights.
It is a 80. This is the best picture I can get right now. There is a bunch of stuff in front of it.

Fucking rad!

It’s a Silverado too, has all the cool looking trim inside.
I have to admit I’ve never really been into square bodies. The closest I’ve had was a 69. But it’s starting to grow on me a bit. I’m sure it’ll be cool once I drop a new motor into it.

Mine was my high school car until about age 27, I always liked it but really wanted a 67-72 pickup or blazer as a kid.
If you’re not digging it now is the time to sell, squarebody trucks are way overvalued at the moment
