This evening, I received the following email from a Ronald Martin who was inquiring about the pre-order he placed back on November 24th...

Do you have any tracking information for my order?

To this, I responded with the following along with a screen shot of what is stated on our shopping cart.

Hi Ronald,
As is stated on the first line of the product description and in bold letters, “now accepting pre-orders. Shipping first week of December or sooner.” I should note that things are moving along faster than expected and we should now be able to ship your order out by Monday or sooner. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as it’s on its way to you.

Sincerely,

Apparently, what is stated in CAPS and in BOLD LETTERS and at the very top of the page isn't something a guy like him would take the time to read and so, he sent me know that he wouldn't have wasted his time placing an order had our website not said they were "in stock". He also sent me screen shots of our automated emails to prove that I was in the wrong here.

This was emailed to me on the 24th of November. I wouldn't have ordered if hadn't said it was in stock.

Needless to say, I cancelled his order and sent him a full refund.

I am sorry that you selectively chose what you read on our website. Had you looked at the very first line instead of what was emailed to you, you may have saved yourself some time and trouble. That said, I just cancelled your order and issued a full refund.

I hope you have a very Merry Christmas.

Sincerely,
Eddie

With that said, I would be most grateful if you could PLEASE READ WHAT IS STATED ON OUR STORE BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER. Trust me, doing so will save you a LOT of time and trouble.

Thank you,
Eddie

Thank you for the great customer service. I've been wheeling for over 60 years and being a 70+ disabled veteran I will let my brothers know how great you've been.

I will have a very Merry Christmas

My response...
You’re quite welcome and happy to hear it 👍

I mean I guess it’s nice he’s appreciative of your customer service, I don’t see how a few days of “out of stock” change his plans, but he must be totally changing his mind on the order which is odd too, but sounds like he’s pretty excited about Christmas lol.

On behalf of all veterans let me apologize Eddie, Those of us who served for the right reasons don't spend the rest of our lives using our service as some kind of Karen cudgel against others. That dudes a fucking loser is what he is

LOL - no need for the apology. There are losers like this everywhere and in every profession. That said, I do appreciate your service.
