Wave from northern CA. Recently purchased a 2016 JKUR. Have owned older Jeeps before but a new one is a new experience. Looking forward to getting out. Have not been 4 wheeling for several years so I am going to classify myself as a Newbie since I also have a new Jeep and need to learn how to handle a Rubicon and it's capabilities. Looking to build my Jeep into an overland bound/exploring Jeep vs more of a trail rig.
Phase I of accessories is complete. Installed a Gobi roof rack and RockHard front bumper with Smittybily winch.
Phase II will include a 2-2 ½" lift, 33" tires and dual batteries.
These mods should get me pretty much everywhere. Looking forward to exploring Moab and other parts of Utah, Colorado as well as the Sierra's in CA.
