Hey guys I'm Awdel, I own a 1994 YJ, automatic and 2.5, is my first jeep.

I used to have a Acura Integra, I sold it and bough the YJ, I being putting little by little to the um and I love it. All I want its to drive it the whole time.

Howdy from right over the border in WI! If you're ever looking to get together with some fellow Jeepers, check out GLJT.org. They are a Jeep group based out of Chicago that I used to belong to many years ago when I lived in Chicago. In the past they've done monthly runs to the Badlands and Cliffs Insane Terrain and a great group at helping out newbies!
 
Welcome to wayalife! Yjs are nice to build. You should be able to get a decent build going on a reasonable budget.

I would look into a spring over lift. You can keep a nice ride with your factory springs, and I think you get like 4" of lift..
 
I have a question, do you think a Cherokee suspension could be good in a YJ? I can get the whole axle, control arms, springs and shocks.
